- Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex transformation projects with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience utilizing data to drive decision-making.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and external partners.
