Job OverviewĀ
We areĀ seekingĀ a strategic, data-drivenĀ ProgramĀ Manager of Digital EngagementĀ to lead our B2CĀ and clientĀ digital engagement strategy across the full customer lifecycle. This roleĀ is responsible forĀ driving awareness, onboarding, engagement, retention, and lifetime value through personalized, omnichannel digital experiences.Ā The ideal candidate blends marketing, product thinking, lifecycle strategy, and analyticalĀ expertiseĀ to create meaningful customer connections that drive measurable business outcomes.Ā
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Ā Ā
Digital Engagement StrategyĀ
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2C digital engagementĀ framework and customer adoptionĀ strategy aligned to company customer engagementĀ objectives.Ā
- Partner with teamsĀ toĀ identifyĀ opportunities to increase productĀ usage,Ā engagementĀ and customer healthĀ
- Oversee digital customerĀ programsĀ across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, social, and web personalization.Ā
- Define segmentation frameworks and personalization strategies toĀ improve engagementĀ andĀ relevance.Ā Ā
Ā Customer Lifecycle & RetentionĀ
- Design lifecycle journeys from acquisition through retention and advocacy.Ā
- OptimizeĀ programs that accelerate customerĀ onboarding, engagement, win-back, andĀ loyalty.Ā
- Increase customer lifetime value (LTV) through data-informed engagement tactics.Ā
Data & Performance OptimizationĀ
- Establish KPIs and reporting dashboards to measure engagement, retention, and revenue impact.Ā
- LeverageĀ customer feedback,Ā A/B testing, experimentation, and behavioral analytics to continuouslyĀ optimizeĀ digital engagementĀ programsĀ .Ā
- Translate data insights into actionable strategies and executive-level reporting.Ā

Requirements and Skills:Ā
- Ā 5-7Ā yearsĀ of experience inĀ customer engagement, customer success operations,Ā B2C digitalĀ marketing, orĀ digital engagement.Ā
- Experience driving customer adoption, retention, engagement or lifecycle programsĀ in SaaS technology, insurance, healthcare, retail, or consumer tech industries.,Ā
- Experience building and scaling digital customer journeys and engagement programsĀ
- Hands onĀ experience withĀ customer engagement andĀ marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Gainsight Journey Orchestrator, SendĀ Grid,Ā etc.).Ā
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in experimentation and performance optimization.Ā
- ExperienceĀ building cross-functionalĀ programs andĀ initiatives inĀ a fast-paced environment.Ā
- Familiarity withĀ customer dataĀ platformsĀ (CDPs), behavioral analytics tools, and personalization engines.Ā
- Experience with Pendo and engaging with customers through a digital platformĀ is a plusĀ
- StrongĀ communication,Ā presentation,Ā and management skills.Ā
- Exceptional self-starter skills and ability to manage issues and projects to completion.Ā
- Proven leadership, oral/writtenĀ communication,Ā and problem-solving skills.Ā
- Solid PC skills including thorough knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.Ā
- Ability to explore ways to improve and promote quality, accuracy, and thoroughness.Ā Ā
Education, or equivalent:Ā Ā
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experienceĀ
Compensation
We will disclose intended pay ranges in our job ads for US-based opportunities ā This role can be performed 100% remote anywhere in the US. Anticipated Pay: $110,000 Annually USD
Total compensation includes US employee benefits and annual bonus eligibility.
