About the Role
Falcon is looking for an experienced Program Manager to serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for a strategic client engagement. The individual will be stationed at the client location and will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, driving program governance, and ensuring seamless coordination between client and internal teams.
The ideal candidate should have experience managing large-scale banking, PSU, fintech, or technology programs and possess strong stakeholder management and delivery capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management
- Act as Falcon's on-site representative and primary interface with client stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships across business, operations, technology, and leadership teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on program progress, risks, and milestones.
- Facilitate governance meetings and executive reviews.
- Drive end-to-end program governance and execution.
- Coordinate with delivery, product, technology, and business teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Align business requirements with delivery plans.
- Support issue resolution, escalation management, UAT, and deployment activities.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor program performance and drive continuous improvements.
Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Delivery Management, or Client Engagement.
- Experience working with banks, PSUs, Fintech, or large technology organizations.
- Prior experience managing on-site client engagements is preferred.
- Experience working with PSU banks or similar institutions will be an advantage.
Skills
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven program governance and project execution experience.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and influencing skills.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field.
- MBA or certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Agile, or Scrum are preferred.
