Job Summary:

 

Tutulu LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the Program Scheduler/EVMS Analyst L2 position. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented group of individuals committed to driving success.

As a Program Scheduler/EVMS Analyst Level 2, you will assist assists in the development, maintenance, and integration of program plans and schedules. This role supports program compliance with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining detailed schedules, assisting with the consolidation of schedules into the Integrated Master Schedule, and helping to identify and troubleshoot potential scheduling problems. This position will provide direct support to the Program Management Office (PMO) and Control Account Managers by assisting with the schedule reviews, implementation of EVMS processes, and contributing to integrated baseline reviews.

Skills/Experience Required:

• Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility• 5+ years relevant DoD work with practical hands-on experience in contracts and subcontract• At least 2 years’ experience in a SAP and or SCI environment and worked in this environment within the last five years• May be required to consent to and successfully complete a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph• Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities• Works well independently and as part of a team under general supervision• Familiarity with the design and development of systems complying with DoD contracts• Experience supporting the development and maintenance of compliant schedules using Earned Value Management• Ability to understand Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and help organize schedules accordingly• Assists in analyzing project schedules to provide status updates• Helps maintain the program master schedule for active projects.• Follows and helps update existing processes and procedures for schedule management.• Works with program managers to assist them in correctly updating their schedules.• Participates in the consolidation of schedules to ensure work plans are included in the Integrated Master Schedule.• Assists in monitoring and reviewing project schedules, including resources, interdependencies, and risks.• Participates in weekly program and schedule reviews.• Provides planning assistance to program managers as needed.• Helps ensure program compliance with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements based on EIA 748 standards.• Supports the PMO and Control Account Managers on the implementation of EVMS processes.• Assists in reviewing EVMS artifacts like Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structures (OBS), and Work Authorization Documents (WAD).• May assist in preparing documentation for the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).• Supports program Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and internal EVMS compliance reviews.• Helps maintain internal process documentation and procedures.• Communicates with the project team to keep them informed on key issues.• Other duties as assigned.

Security Clearance:

Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense active security clearance may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.

Physical Requirements:

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.

 

Occasional operation of a government vehice as required.
