We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our Americas team and help us ensure that our high standards for delivering value, efficiency, and quality are maintained. This role will be crucial in guiding our cross-functional teams, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of our banking and financial technology initiatives 

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a client-centric approach and a background in managing technology projects within the IT/software industry.

The Impact You'll Make:

Tech Delivery Responsibilities 

  • Lead and coordinate programs and projects across a strongly federated organization (Multiple ways of working, reporting, and coordination structures)   
  • Strong communication and clarity between technical and non-technical team members, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Technical projects and programs management from inception to completion
  • Manage dependencies, vendor relationships, and cross-team ticketing processes
  • Navigate uncertainty and ambiguity with confidence and strategic thinking
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, ensuring all team members are committed to delivery timelines
  • Guide in AI SDLC tooling adoption and efficiencies, nurturing and creating the environment for sharing best practices (Skills, A2A, knowledge-sharing sessions fo AI use cases)

  • Actively participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, focusing on making improvements to quality assurance
  • Coordinate integration, end-to-end, and regression testing to validate production readiness
  • Coordinate the implementation and maintain automated test systems and scripts
  • Conduct both manual and automated testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage
  • Collaborate with software engineers to enhance functional and non-functional testing protocols.
  • Mentor & guide other SDETS in best practices, thought leadership, & career development
  • Program execution in Fintech industry / heavily regulated environments 


Engagement responsibilities 

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for 2-3+ Clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Demand Generation: Identify, articulate, and build new project opportunities, enabling Parser’s growth through our service offerings, in partnership with the Portfolio VP.
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients. Also, monitor performance and conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Financial Management: Plan and report financial progress. Potentially resolve any financial and billing issues.
  • Contract & Project Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end project management process, from initiation to deployment, for multiple simultaneous initiatives.
  • Team Management: Work closely with project teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and address project risks and issues in real-time, ensuring on-time and successful project delivery.


What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience managing technology programs or projects, preferably in a fast-paced consulting IT/software environment.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies or similar frameworks (a.k.a. scrum master, PM, PO, etc) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Software Engineering.
  • Proficiency in English at an advanced level, both written and verbal. 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, involving both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Comfort in navigating ambiguous situations and finding creative solutions.
