Job Description

We are looking for an experienced PMO / Project Controls Engineer to support large-scale, safety-critical programmes. The role focuses on supporting project delivery through effective planning, cost control, reporting, and governance across complex engineering environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Support project planning and scheduling activities
  •  Maintain and track project cost, budget, and financial forecasts
  • OPEX
  • Produce progress reports and performance dashboard.
  •  Track key metrics (SPI, CPI, Earned Value)
  • Manage risks, issues, and change control processes
  • Work closely with engineering, commercial, and delivery teams
  • Support project governance and reporting requirements

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  •  Strong background in PMO, Project Controls, Planning, or Cost Engineering
  •  Proven experience working with tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar
  • Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM)
  •  Experience within regulated environments.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in large-scale infrastructure or complex engineering programmes
  •  Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience working with stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams
