Join a collaborative team named one of Canada’s best business schools by CEOWORLD Magazine in 2026.  The Opportunity   Job classification: P2043 - Project Coordinator Salary range: $60,000 - $67,000 Placement within the range is typically based upon a review of skills, experience, and internal equity.  Hours per week: 37.5 Paid leave: 4 Weeks Vacation / 14 Flex Days per year Position End Date: May 31, 2027 Deadline to apply: 9:00AM, September 2, 2026   The Project Coordinator works collaboratively with School Leadership, Academic Chairs, Faculty, and Staff to support activities in the school with a focus on process improvement, problem solving, and service. The development of innovative and sustainable approaches to information management and sharing, data privacy and use, use of acumen in writing funding and curriculum proposals, and project coordination processes are central to the role.   The position further contributes to SAIT’s scholarly culture and faculty experiences through coordination of annual reporting, data collection, and maintenance related to scholarly activity and program quality. The role requires clear communication, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced academic environment
