About the Role

As the Project Delivery Coordinator at Moddex in WA, you will take ownership of your designated part of the WA job schedule and show commitment to the highest standards of communication, quality and safety. You'll report to the Project Manager and work closely with Design, Production and our installation teams to keep jobs moving smoothly.

The role is the 'glue' between design, production and installers, drawing the best from each team to deliver consistently maximised outcomes for customers and the business. Success looks like projects delivered to full customer satisfaction, quoted gross margins maintained, and repeat business earned through strong relationships and reliable delivery.

Your days will be busy and varied, and will include:

• Scheduling & Oversight of Live Projects (Supply Only and Supply & Install)
• Purchase Order Creation & Management
• Safety & Quality Documentation
• Project Management Before, During & After Installation
• ERP & Systems Maintenance
• Sales Support & QuotingWorking closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover from sale to project delivery.
• General Responsibilities that's required from time to time to keep things flowing

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you're someone who enjoys building relationships, getting out to meet customers and taking ownership of your work.

You'll bring:

• Experience coordinating projects or installations in a construction, fabrication or manufacturing environment
• Confident using ERP and project tracking systems (e.g. Monday.com) to manage schedules, costings and purchase orders
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple live projects at once
• Experience working with installation subcontractors and managing purchase orders
• Background in customer-facing project or account coordination
• A willingness to learn our products and relevant Australian Standards
