Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a critical application migration initiative. The role will be responsible for driving planning, coordination, execution tracking, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end migration activities across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action trackers.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely closure of deliverables.
  • Facilitate governance meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and project stakeholders.
  • Identify delivery risks and proactively drive mitigation actions.
  • Coordinate priorities across technical and business teams to ensure alignment and execution effectiveness.
  • Track project metrics and provide reporting on progress, blockers, and key decisions
Required Skills & Experience:

Must Have:

  • Proven experience managing technology transformation or migration projects.
  • Strong project planning, coordination, and execution tracking skills.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to drive execution in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
Preferred:

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.
  • Experience managing application modernization, cloud migration, or enterprise technology projects.
  • Proficiency with project management and reporting tools
