Diversey, a Solenis company, is looking for a Client Project Lead to support two of our key strategic accounts across the UK & Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in coordinating projects, aligning internal teams, and strengthening long-term customer partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and coordinating strategic initiatives across the established client accounts
Acting as the central point of contact between customer stakeholders and Diversey's internal teams
Planning and facilitating regular customer review meetings, tracking actions, and ensuring successful delivery of commitments
Coordinating product and service rollouts with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations teams
Managing project governance, timelines, communications, and reporting
Supporting complaint investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans
Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Strong project coordination or project management experience
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and priorities
Experience managing customer-facing projects and complex deliverables
A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused mindset
Strong attention to detail and ability to drive accountability
