Job Description

The Global Content team at NIQ produces strategic, data-driven insights that help consumer packaged goods (CPG) and Tech & Durables (T&D) manufacturers and retailers around the world make smarter business decisions. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of Global Content team initiatives.

This role will work closely with content writers, editors, data analysts, and marketing and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and are aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a natural collaborator, a strategic thinker, and a detail-oriented, accountability-minded executor who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows for Global Content team projects
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Commercial, Data) to align on project goals and requirements
  • Track progress across multiple concurrent initiatives and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, status updates, and post-mortems with cross-functional teams
  • Own and proactively manage project documentation, including briefs, schedules, project activation decks, and stakeholder communications
  • Lead the activation of published content across multiple activation channels (e.g., NIQ.com, social media, email nurture and other email campaigns, “live” digital events such as webinars or Executive Roundtables)
  • Ensure content projects meet editorial standards and brand guidelines
  • Help optimize processes and tools to improve team efficiency and output quality

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in content marketing, publishing, or digital media
  • Impeccable organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to take the initiative to update the status of all deliverables on a regular (often daily) basis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint)
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP and CRM applications
  • Familiarity with editorial workflows and digital content production
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the CPG, retail, or market research industries
  • Understanding of content marketing channels and formats (e.g., reports, webinars, social media, programmatic advertising)
  • Experience with event management/webcasting platforms (e.g., Livestorm, StreamYard, ON24)
  • Working knowledge of AP style and editorial best practices
