Project Manager I

Acts as an entry-level professional contributor within a project or work team, following management-established guidelines for performing duties in order to contribute to the team's objectives and strategic goals. Assists in conducting detailed analyses of project requirements, assessing plan feasibility, and subsequently providing strategic recommendations to enhance project deliverables based on comprehensive assessments. Applies functional knowledge in financial technology to contribute to the development of solutions aligned with industry indicators and regulatory changes, enhancing technological capabilities and solutions. Contributes to smaller, less complex projects, supporting the team's objectives in order to produce effective client solutions as well as build foundational experience within project management. Works independently, under close supervision, on smaller assignments or components of larger projects in order to execute tasks within the project framework, contributing to project progress and learning from hands-on experiences. Communicates primarily with departmental contacts, providing information within the department to support project-related activities in order to facilitate agreement or understanding. Shares broad job knowledge acquired to practical scenarios to perform assigned tasks effectively and learn through practical application. Follows procedural and policy guidelines while performing assigned tasks to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures during project-related activities. Resolves minor issues by utilizing standard procedures and basic analytical skills within the given scope to address problems within the immediate job area. Entry-level role involving individual contributor work focused on supporting operational tasks. Responsible for making minor adjustments to systems to resolve issues and ensure task completion. The work involves addressing problems that are not immediately obvious but can be resolved by applying established procedures and guidelines. Communication is primarily internal and centers on exchanging information, requiring explanation or interpretation. Role is performed independently under close supervision and may include offering-routine guidance to other. A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent technical or vocational education in a related field is generally required.
