Job Description

Role: Project Manager

Location: Macau,SAR

Role Overview

The Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of A&A, Tenancy, and F&B projects within the mall. This role focuses on day-to-day project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards with minimal operational disruption.

Planning & Execution:

• Develop detailed project plans and implement assigned A&A and Tenancy projects.
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Support the maintenance and updating of the master programme in MS Project.
• Support the commercial team for final account and payment process with contractors / consultants.

Coordination

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Mall Management, Procurement, Legal, Facilities) to define project requirements and timelines.
• Work with external consultants and contractors to manage design, procurement, and execution.
• Prepare tender scope and necessary documentation to support the commercial and project team.
• Monitor the tendering process, including bid evaluation and contractor selection.
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits and licenses from Macau authorities.
• Track project budgets and report any variances.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, plans, reports, and records.
• Coordinate project handovers to Mall Management.
• Oversee on-site construction activities and liaise with contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and minimal disruption to mall operations.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all works comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and Buyer’s safety standards.
• Identify and report project risks and issues promptly.

Additional Focus Areas

• Support the successful delivery of F&B projects.
• Provide project and construction management support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, Building science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in managing A&A, retail/F&B/mall projects in Macau
• Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
• Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; fluency in English required.
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
