Lumina Agency INC is seeking a motivated and personable Promotions Assistant to join our team in Lawrence, MA.

In this role, you will support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, assist with customer and brand interactions, and work alongside our team to ensure each campaign is delivered professionally and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and execution of promotional campaigns and events
• Represent company and client brands in a professional and engaging manner
• Communicate directly with customers and provide clear information about products, services, or promotions
• Support the team in meeting campaign goals and performance objectives
• Help organize promotional materials, displays, and campaign resources
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
• Collaborate with team members and management throughout campaign execution
• Provide feedback and observations to help improve future promotional initiatives
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities
• Maintain strong knowledge of current campaigns and brand guidelines
