• Hourly Wage Estimate: $16.00/hr
• Shift:  8 hour shifts; Afternoons
• Schedule: 11a-7:30pm, with an every-other weekend rotation
  • Part Time will require: 2-3 shifts per week PLUS every other weekend

Job Description

What you will do in this role: The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA) is responsible for group and individual psychosocial rehabilitation and case management services to adults within a long term care/nursing home setting.  The PRSA will participate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate effective therapeutic services via facility programming.

Qualifications

What we need from you:

• Ideally - prior experience as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA) in a licensed nursing home.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience helpful
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is also helpful

These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs), Short-term Care Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care (ICFs), and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
