Duties and Responsibilities

• 
  Set up/tear down of special events
• 
  Clean up following events
• 
  Ensuring that quality client/customer standards are upheld at all times
• 
  Take direction from manager(s) as assigned

  Able to comprehend, retain, and carry out instructions
• Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize conflicts
• Works well under pressure and respond to urgent maintenance issues
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• 
  Works well alone and in a team environment, self-starter, and reliable

Physical Requirements

• 
  Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift, push/pull weight of up to 50lbs+
• Long shifts during events
• Demanding physical labor

Environmental Working Conditions

• 
  May be exposed to variable temperatures including extreme hot and cold
• Will work around dust and allergens

    Hours

• 
  Position requires flexibility. Time schedule will vary based on booked events.  Applicant should expect night and weekend work on a regular basis and possibly some holiday work.
