Job Description
- Supervise daily cleaning operations in all public areas of the hotel and BDMS Connect Center Building
- Lead, train, and support the housekeeping team to ensure high cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Inspect public areas regularly and follow up on corrective actions
- Monitor use and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with other departments to address cleanliness and maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping or public area experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Hotel experience preferred
- Ability to speak, read, and write in Thai is required; basic English communication is an advantage
