Responsibilities
QA BCBA Job Description:

Qualifications
A day in the life:
Onboard and train new BCBAs
Review reports and revised changes on reports that are completed by BCBAs
Review goals and programming for specific clients
Address any issues with session notes that are flagged by QA note reviewers
Be available for clinical or technical help for BCBAs

- Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for your BCBA exam within one month.
- LBA (if applicable)
- Willing to have a background check
- Excellent writing and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
