Position Purpose:
Perform various analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for assigned function. Support value realization, governance, and business initiatives through analysis, reporting, and strategic initiative support.

• Support business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers, initiative tracking, governance activities, and user acceptance testing of new system.
• Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and business problems to improve existing processes and support value realization efforts.
• Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects, recommend potential business solutions, assist with implementation, and support measurement of business impact and outcomes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of business process analysis or data analysis experience.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Experience with Excel, reporting tools, stakeholder coordination, and business process improvement activities strongly preferred.
• Finance background, specifically with plan run rate, forecasting, HBR (Health Benefit Ration), value/cost modeling strongly preferred.
• Experience using Planview or similar portfolio/project management tools for initiative tracking, governance, reporting, or action item management strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills preferred.
