About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Analyst QC System Support

The role's main accountabilities will be the following:

• Review and approve analytical results of finished products, raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished products and stability studies, and report findings to the Laboratory Supervisor 
• Coordinate daily scheduling and execution of analysts' tasks in alignment with the Laboratory Supervisor and production priorities 
• Issue Certificates of Analysis, specifications, analytical methods and related documentation in compliance with GMP requirements 
• Record, code and investigate OOS/OOT results; participate in laboratory investigations and perform annual statistical reviews of laboratory deviations 
• Initiate and support Change Controls, Deviations and CAPAs in coordination with the QC Manager; apply spreadsheet validation procedures 
• Oversee equipment qualification activities, maintenance logs and calibration records; ensure compliance with all applicable laboratory SOPs and protocols 
• Monitor and release critical materials; manage reagents, reference standards and retain samples, including electronic record-keeping 
• Author and revise laboratory instructions (SOPs) for the physicochemical sterile products laboratory; support continuous improvement initiatives and monitor evolving regulatory requirements 
• Train, support and mentor junior analysts in day-to-day laboratory operations

• BSc in Chemistry or other relevant discipline. Postgraduate degree will be considered as a plus. 
• At least 2 years of experience in quality control within the pharmaceutical sector 
• Hands-on laboratory experience in a GLP/GMP environment is strongly desired 
• Solid understanding of physicochemical analytical techniques and GMP documentation practices 
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks within strict timelines, working both independently and collaboratively
