Overview
Job Purpose
We’re looking for an experienced Quality leader to take ownership of our global document and training processes within the Quality Management System (QMS).
You’ll lead and manage end-to-end global processes, ensuring they are standardised, compliant, and continuously improving across regions. Acting as a subject matter expert, you’ll collaborate with global teams and drive alignment across the organisation.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and improve global document and training processes
- Drive standardisation, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Lead global collaboration across business process teams
- Oversee training systems (eLMS) and document systems (eDMS)
- Monitor performance through KPIs and risk management
Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities
Qualifications
Position Requirements
- Degree in a scientific or technical field
- Experience in GxP / regulated environments (pharma/biotech preferred)
- Strong knowledge of global quality standards and training processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
