Job Description
- Create, record, edit, and produce training videos
- Design visually engaging training materials, including presentations, infographics, manuals, posters, and digital learning resources.
- Develop and upload training modules on the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Create product knowledge training resources, including PowerPoint presentations, PDF guides, and other educational materials.
- Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with internal audits to ensure compliance with operational standards
- Review and proofread digital and printed materials, including the website, menus, guest collateral, and other documents
- Support special projects assigned by Management, including the preparation of presentations, reports, and communication materials.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance employee engagement, learning experiences, and quality awareness across the resort.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
- Strong knowledge of video recording and editing
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong proofreading skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for learning, design, quality, and continuous improvement.
