About this role

Mission

Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear.

In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.

Role purpose

Be a trusted partner to Neko Health's members and make sure their care runs efficiently from start to finish, with nothing missed. As a Quality & Care Coordinator, you will follow each member through their journey, from their scan, to follow-up, to closing the loop, coordinating across clinical teams so that care is timely, accurate, and complete.

You will also look for ways to improve the pathway itself, so Neko keeps delivering excellent medical care for every member. This role is for someone meticulous, organised, and calm under pressure, who takes ownership of every case and rarely lets anything slip. You take pride in care that feels genuinely human and member-first at every touchpoint.

What you'll deliver in the first 6–12 months

  • No care is missed. Every member is followed from scan, to follow-up, to resolution, and you own each case end to end, closing the loop before anything can drop.

  • You oversee the cardiology, blood, skin, and vascular pathways, coordinating referrals, follow-ups, and results so members move through them smoothly.

  • Outcome data is collected consistently and accurately, giving Neko a clear picture of member outcomes and where the pathway can improve.

  • You spot friction and gaps in the pathways and bring them to the right people, driving practical improvements to how care is delivered.

  • You help put AI to work optimising the assessment pathways, using the tools available to make coordination faster and more reliable while applying your own clinical judgement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience as a medical secretary or in an equivalent clinical coordination role.

  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical processes, and care pathways.

  • Native or fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.

  • Based in Sweden.

  • Experience writing referral letters and other clinical correspondence.

  • Familiarity with Semble, Zendesk, or similar clinical and support platforms.

  • Highly organised, with a clear sense of ownership, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

  • Confident and calm in escalated situations, able to troubleshoot issues and handle complaints with professionalism and accountability.

  • Able to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting.

  • BSc or MSc in a medical or scientific discipline.

  • Experience in data analysis.
