Quality Control

• Develop work instructions, and train and support Quality Technicians in inspection, testing, and evaluation of finished goods, semi-finished products, and components according to internal, customer, and regulatory requirements
• Operate and maintain measuring, inspection, and analysis equipment; ensure proper calibration and suitability for use
• Read, interpret, and apply technical specifications, drawings, and related documents for inspection and control purposes; provide feedback for improvement
• Record, escalate, and communicate nonconformities; ensure timely corrective actions and monitor resolution
• Manage nonconforming materials (finished goods, semi-finished products, components), including segregation, tracking, and inventory control to prevent unauthorized use
• Apply relevant technical standards and continuously improve knowledge; support training and development of team members
• Drive continuous quality improvement by evaluating processes and proposing improvements

Quality Assurance

• Participate in the NPI quality assurance process (APQP) for PCBA, assembly, and testing processes
• Prepare and maintain QMS procedures, work instructions, standards, validation protocols, and other necessary documentation to ensure product quality
• Conduct process audits and internal audits, and support external quality audits
• Manage customer and supplier complaints and lead problem-solving activities using 8D methodology
• Monitor and analyze QMS process metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Quality Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QMS, preferably in PCBA.
• Hands-on experience with PCBA/assembly processes (SMT, soldering, assembly).
• Experience or knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of PCBA, assembly, and testing processes.
• Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610, ESD, AQL, GD&T, ISO 9001/IATF 16949 (APQP, PPAP, NCR, CAPA).
• Experience in audits, complaint handling, and data analysis.
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.
• Fluent in Vietnamese; English proficiency (4 skills) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset, cross-functional collaboration, proactive and accountable.
