Job Description

1 Nhận mẫu từ khách hàng, đơn vị vận chuyển, bảo quản mẫu ở nhiệt độ thích hợp. Kiểm tra nhiệt độ, độ ẩm hàng ngày, ghi nhận hồ sơ chất lượng. Vệ sinh tủ mát, tủ đông theo định kì

1 Receive samples from customers and shipping units and store samples at appropriate temperatures. Check temperature and humidity daily, record quality records. Clean refrigerators and freezers periodically

2 Đăng kí mẫu lên hệ thống của công ty

2 Register the form on the company’s system

3 Dán mẫu, chụp hình, chuyển mẫu cho các bộ phận liên quan.

3 Paste samples, take pictures, and send samples to relevant departments.

4 Tiếp nhận và xử lý các thông tin liên quan cho các phòng ban liên quan

4 Receive and process relevant information for relevant departments

5 Thực hiện các công việc theo điều phối của phụ trách

5 Carry out tasks as coordinated by the person in charge

Qualifications

Kinh nghiệm (Experiences):  0-1 năm (0-1 year)

Trình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major):   Cao đẳng / Đại học chuyên nghành thực phẩm (College/University specializing in food)

Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills):  Biết tiếng Anh là lợi thế. Có thể nghe, viết, giao tiếp cơ bản (Knowing English is an advantage. Can listen, write, and communicate basicly)
