What You'll Be Doing
- Safely deliver ready mix concrete to customer locations while maintaining on-time performance.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and complete required safety and operational documentation.
- Operate ready mix equipment to ensure accurate placement and quality of delivered products.
- Build positive customer relationships through professional service and communication.
- Follow all safety standards, transportation regulations, and company procedures.
What Are We Looking For
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with the ability to safely operate commercial vehicles.
- Commitment to safe work practices, accountability, and dependable performance.
- Ability to manage multiple delivery priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Capability to perform physical job tasks and work effectively in outdoor conditions.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
