Real Estate, Asset Management Analyst - Based in Miami

​Job Description: The Real Estate Asset Management Analyst is responsible for maintenance for the firm's portfolio of real estate physical assets and supporting transactions. Working under limited supervision, the Analyst will partner closely with senior members of the Real Estate asset management team to provide analytical and tactical support on the current investment portfolio and prospective and current commercial real estate investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist with the assets performance and the operating management.

• Prepare and complete and review annual business plans and asset management initiatives.

• Implement the agreed asset management initiatives, capex program, and renewal/lease up targets.

• Negotiate and execute lease transactions.

• Assist in making value add business cases profitable.

• Coordinate and support research in all areas of real estate

• Instruct, coordinate and supervise external professional teams (property and facility management, lawyers, brokers etc)

• Prepare periodic reporting to investors, analysis and explanation of variances.

• Assist in data collection of quarterly/annual property valuation process and review them.

• Experience in ESG related operational topics

• Communicates with investors regarding real estate portfolio performance.

Base Pay Range: $82,000/yr - $95,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
