Real Estate Texting Virtual Assistant

About Us: We're a US-based real estate company that buys off-market properties nationwide. We run high-volume texting campaigns and need sharp, reliable VAs who can move fast and perform under pressure. This is a long-term role with real earning potential for people who deliver — but we hold a very high bar and we don't keep people who can't meet it.

What You'll Do:

    •    Manage high-volume text campaigns — 10,000 to 25,000 messages per day — using our SMS platform (lists and scripts provided)

    •    Respond to inbound replies in under 2 minutes.

    •    Qualify sellers by confirming the property details, asking price, timeline, and motivation

    •    Log and tag every conversation accurately (Hot / Warm / Cold / Not Interested / DNC)

    •    Follow up relentlessly with interested sellers so nothing slips through

    •    Hand off qualified leads to our acquisitions team

What We're Looking For:

    •    Familiarity with BatchLeads and/or SmarterContact is strongly preferred

    •    Excellent written English — fast, natural, clean grammar under high volume

    •    Lightning-fast response time and the focus to juggle dozens of conversations at once without dropping details

    •    Rock-solid reliability. If you miss work without notice, you will be let go — no exceptions

    •    Hardworking, disciplined, and in this for the long haul

    •    Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace

Job Details:

    •    Rate: $3–$5/hr, depending on experience

    •    Hours: Full-time, aligned to US business hours

    •    Bonus: Cash bonus per closed deal

    •    Location: Remote / work from home
