Descrizione del lavoro
Eurofins Biopharma Product Testing è alla ricerca di un/una Receptionist/Sample Operator da inserire presso la sede di Vimodrone.
La ricerca è riservata a risorse iscritte alle liste del collocamento mirato.
La risorsa avrà in carico le attività di front office, inclusa la gestione delle chiamate in ingresso, l’accoglienza e registrazione di visitatori, clienti, fornitori e ospiti, nonché la consegna dei badge e il coordinamento della posta e dei corrieri.
Inoltre, fornirà supporto operativo alle attività di Sample Operator, occupandosi del ricevimento, etichettatura e registrazione dei campioni tramite il sistema aziendale e dello smistamento della relativa documentazione e dei campioni ai reparti di competenza.
Qualifiche
- Diploma di scuola superiore/Laurea Triennale,
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2),
- Conoscenza e autonomia nell’utilizzo di Outlook e Microsoft Teams,
- Domicilio/Residenza in zone limitrofe a Vimodrone (MI).
Informazioni aggiuntive
La ricerca prevede attività di lavoro distribuita dal lunedì al venerdì, con possibile rotazione nel turno martedì – sabato, l'inserimento è previsto con contratto iniziale di 1 anno in somministrazione (RAL attorno ai 23000K).
