About the Role

As a High-Volume Recruiter, you will be the engine driving our core operational expansion. Your primary focus will be recruiting Theft Investigators across key global hubs (Philippines, India, and other regions). We are looking for an execution-focused, hyper-organized recruiter who thrives under clear targets and can consistently hit high-volume hiring quotas.

What You’ll Own

• Drive High-Volume Recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruitment funnel for high-volume Theft Investigator roles while supporting select technical and non-technical hiring as needed.

• Global Sourcing Execution: Actively source, engage, and screen candidates across the Philippines, India, and global talent markets across multiple time zones.

• Process & Pipeline Discipline: Maintain rigorous ATS tracking (stages, notes, tags) and execute rapid scheduling to keep candidates moving through the funnel without bottlenecks.

• Structured Screening & Qualification: Conduct fast-paced, high-quality initial screens using clear rubrics to ensure candidate quality remains exceptional at scale.

• Close & Onboard at Velocity: Work with hiring managers to extend offers quickly, confirm start dates, and maintain high offer-acceptance rates to hit weekly hiring goals.

• Pipeline Tracking: Monitor conversion rates at each stage, report weekly metrics to the Talent Lead, and make immediate adjustments to hit target run-rates.
  

What You’ll Bring (Must‑Haves)

• 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record in high-volume/metric-driven recruitment.

• Regional Expertise: Demonstrated experience sourcing and hiring talent in the Philippines, India, and other regions

• Target-Driven Focus: Ability to consistently achieve high output targets (25+ hires every week).

• Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to manage heavy applicant pipelines, multitask efficiently, and maintain meticulous ATS hygiene without letting leads drop.

• ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms (Ashby preferred; Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).

• Clear & Direct Communication: Fluent written and verbal English with strong candidate-engagement skills.
  

Nice to Have

• Background recruiting for loss prevention, theft detection, risk analysis, or field operations roles.

• Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards in APAC/India, and advanced Boolean search.

• Experience in fast-paced startup or tech-enabled operations environments.

• Full-time status (40 hours per week)

• Schedule: Flexible

• Salary: $7 -$9 USD/hour
