As an individual contributor, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned business areas and act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leaders. You will combine strong execution with data-driven decision-making to deliver an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience while helping Emma attract top talent in highly competitive markets.
