Role Overview:
- Position: Regional Coordinator – International Business (Pharma)
- Location: Ahmedabad
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Qualification: B. Pharma + M. Pharma / MBA
- Focus: Supporting international pharma business team by Maintaining the MIS, Coordination among Cross functional Team and Clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Coordination: Manage day-to-day MIS with respect to International Business Operations,
- Regulatory Support: Assist to the International Business Team for product registrations in coordination with client and internal RA team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Day to day coordination with CFTs’ for life cycle management of projects – PM, SCM, RA, Production, Quality, R&D etc.
- Business Development: Support Business Development Team by providing the relevant data as per the requirement.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external clients globally.
- Financial Analysis: Able to work and comprehend financials modelling like business cases, NPV, IRR etc.
- Client & Order Management: Handle documentations, order processing, invoicing, order tracking, supply coordination etc.
- Market Intelligence: Should be able to analyse market data/information; keep abreast of market trends, competitor moves by utilizing the market intelligence from available databases.
- Exhibitions & Branding: Assist in international event planning and promotional activities.
Skills Required
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, SAP/ERP knowledge
- Excellent communication (in written and spoken English)
- Multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of pharma lifecycle and regulatory processes
- Experience working in an international work environment across several time zones
- Working knowledge of product development process like formulation development, packaging, manufacturing, costing, regulatory etc
