Regional Payment Officer

To sustain the company's growth and expand our services, we are currently looking for a Regional Payments Officer

Principal responsibilities: 

• Process and record claim reimbursements accurately in company business systems.
• Record customer payments received via bank transfers in company business system.
• Monitor and manage enquiries received through the shared company inbox, responding promptly and escalating issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Provide administrative support and complete ad hoc tasks as assigned to meet business needs.

Qualifications: 

• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills; proficiency in French is an advantage.
• High level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office applications, and email.
