Your Role and Impact:

• Provide expert support and guidance to workshop team leaders, ensuring efficient diagnostics of leading truck brands including Mercedes Benz, Freightliner, and Fuso.
• Identify and address skills gaps through the development of targeted training programs, in collaboration with our partners and internal training department.
• Champion the implementation of best practices in skills development, continually monitoring and reviewing processes for optimisation.
• Oversee the development of apprentices, ensuring alignment with both our high standards and industry expectations.

Qualifications

We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Heavy Vehicle Technician, with a deep understanding of service department dynamics.
• A strong foundation in repair and maintenance principles, troubleshooting techniques, and the technical aspects of vehicles.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• A Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology AUR31116 or equivalent. A Cert IV in training and assessment is highly desirable.
