Hourly Pay Range:

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October. ​

What you will do:

Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department

• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice

• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care

• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care

• Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experience

What you will need:

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required

• Education: BSN degree preferred

• Certification: BLS/CPR certification through AHA required

• Experience: 1-year current hospital nursing experience required, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNS, TNCC, ECRN
