Our mission at Brighton Hospice is to provide the best physical, emotional, and spiritual care for our patients and their families. We achieve our mission by hiring the most compassionate and skilled people in the industry who deliver clinical expertise and exceed our patients’ expectations. We cultivate an environment where our team members are valued, respected, and provided personal and professional growth opportunities. Our leaders focus on supporting the clinical team so they can concentrate on patient care.  We are always guided by our commitment to excellence.

Unlike many organizations, we prioritize quality over quantity by maintaining lower clinician caseloads and higher staff-to-patient ratios. This allows our nurses to spend more meaningful time with patients and families, build lasting relationships, and provide the compassionate, personalized care every patient deserves.

As a proud Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) certified hospice, we are committed to excellence, clinical quality, and supporting our team every step of the way. If you're looking for a career where your compassion is valued, your voice is heard, and your work truly makes a difference, we'd love to meet you.

Why You'll Love Working with Us:
