Job Description
- Retain patients on service, and they enjoy the reward of exceeding patient expectations, turning unsatisfied customers into happy patients.
- Receive calls for members that want to leave the pharmacy
- Many of these members are upset or angry with the service, so this person is going to have to handle sensitive situations with ease
- Receive high escalated calls and must have very strong customer service and problem solving skills
Qualifications
- Certified Pharmacy Technician in the State of Texas (no disciplines)
- 3+ year(s) of experience
- Excellent de-escalation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Solid & clear communication
Additional Information
Hours: Monday-Friday 10am-7pm
Pay rate: $20.08/hr
