Relationship Manager (Latvian Market)

We are growing dynamically and continuously expanding our presence across Europe. To strengthen our team in Vilnius, Lithuania, we are looking for a dedicated Relationship Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients in the Latvian market, helping them achieve their investment goals while contributing to the company's continued growth in the region.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the Latvian market;
• Attract new clients and identify new business opportunities;
• Conduct introductory meetings and presentations, introducing clients to the company and its investment products;
• Understand clients' financial goals and provide appropriate investment solutions;
• Resolve day-to-day client inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction;
• Maintain regular communication with clients, informing them about market developments, investment opportunities, and relevant product updates;
• Provide administrative support, including maintaining client documentation and assisting with transaction processing;
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities;
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Analytics, to deliver an outstanding client experience;
• Analyze client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of customer service;
• Prepare reports on client activity, sales performance, and business development initiatives.

• 3+ years of sales experience within brokerage firms, investment companies, or related financial services, preferably in a B2C environment;
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
• Proactive, client-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service;
• Fluency in Latvian and English;
• Based in Lithuania or willing to work from our Vilnius office.
