The Opportunity:

We're on the hunt for a hands-on Repair and Maintenance Manager to lead our national field service operation across Australia!

This is a newly created leadership role where you'll oversee an amazing team of Service Leads, along with ensuring our field assets remain reliable, available and operating to the highest standards. You'll also play a key role in bringing structure, consistency, and alignment across teams, implementing processes, and best-practice ways of working that drive service excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team of Service Leads.
• Drive asset reliability and service performance across Australia.
• Implement and improve SOP's, processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Coordinate installations of new fixed enforcement sites.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Delivery, and Helpdesk teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, resources, and spare parts.
• Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build capability within the team through mentoring, coaching, and development.

About You:

You're a technically strong leader who understands field service operations and knows how to bring people, processes, and performance together.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, are comfortable rolling up your sleeves, and have a track record of driving improvements while keeping customers and teams at the centre of your decision-making.

You'll Bring:

• Experience leading multi-site or geographically dispersed technical teams.
• Strong hands-on background in maintenance, field service, technical operations, automotive, transport, fleet, or mechanical environments.
• Experience implementing operational processes, SOPs, and performance measures.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing competing priorities in a reactive service environment.
• A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive change and standardisation.
• Trade qualification, Engineering qualification, or equivalent industry experience.
