Descripción del empleo

  • Administrar cuentas en términos de procesamiento de pedidos, seguimiento de pedidos, integridad de precios, entregas a tiempo, cumplimiento completo de pedidos.
  • Identifica las necesidades del cliente y determina la acción apropiada.
  • Enlace principal con marketing y ventas para clientes asignados. 
  • Tener una buena actitud y disposición para con el cliente interno y externo, ser un soporte para el cliente y los equipos internos 
  • Saber planear y ejecutar el tiempo en diferentes actividades
  • Carga y Seguimiento de ordenes de servicio. 
  • Tener la disposición de apoyar y ayudar en situaciones que asi se requiera. Identificar areas de mejora y aportar posibles soluciones
  • Ante un problema, tener la capacidad de analizar diferentes soluciones para tomar el mejor camino
  • Capacidad  de prestar atención a los aspectos más pequeños y precisos de una tarea
  • Saber transmitir la información de manera clara, precisa y estar  preparado para la comunicación que llega de parte de los clientes

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en servicio al cliente en empresas B2B (no call center)
  • Carrera terminada 
  • Manejo de excel - google sheets 
  • Inglés básico-intermedio
  • Buena administración del tiempo y priorización de actividades ya que se maneja una gran cantidad de información.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación ya que es el Representante de Servicio a Clientes es el vínculo de comunicación entre ventas, la operación y el cliente.
