Position Overview: We are seeking a Research Analyst who shares our passion for service, excellence, and human connection. As a Research Analyst at Landing Point Search Group, you you'll identify exceptional talent, develop lasting candidate relationships, and support executive searches across the financial services industry. Success isn't just about finding candidates - it's about understanding their goals, anticipating their needs, and creating an experience that reflects our commitment to exceptional service. You will dive deep into the roles and industries our clients operate within, mastering the nuances that make each search unique. Your outreach will be guided by a commitment to thoughtful engagement, with an emphasis on building lasting relationships that extend beyond a single placement.

What You’ll Do:

• Build Relationships: Proactively identify and engage exceptional talent through personalized outreach and genuine engagement that sparks meaningful conversations.
• Research & Market Insights: Develop expertise in the roles and industries we serve, using market research to strengthen search strategies and identify top talent.
• Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure every interaction is professional, responsive, and personalized, making candidates feel valued throughout the search process.
• Collaborate: Partner closely with recruiters to develop search strategies, share market insights, and support multiple searches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong research and analytical abilities.
• Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $26.44/ hour
• Performance-Based Commission: Eligible to earn commissions upon achieving established goals.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Compensation Structure: Hourly, non-exempt
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, in office Monday - Thursday
• Hours: 9am - 6pm EST, 1-hour lunch break required
• Overtime: Eligible with prior approval
