Our patients have access to ground-breaking therapies, in a community setting, and may participate in national clinical research studies of drugs and treatment protocols. In the past five years, the majority of new cancer drugs approved for use in the U.S. were studied in clinical trials with FCS participation prior to approval.

FLORIDA RESIDENT CANDIDATES

RESPONSIBILITIES

• This is a hybrid role
• Florida Registered Nurse license required
• Responsible for developing, administering, and compliance tracking of education/training for research staff members and investigators.
• Assists in identifying learning needs of research staff and investigators on an individual, regional, or research department-wide basis. 
• Works with clinic management staff to facilitate protocol-specific training for nursing and pharmacy staff. 
• Assists in the development of education-based corrective action plans (CAPA) and ensures training/retraining requirements are met
• Travel to clinics as required to train research staff

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: BSN or higher -
• Previous Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with at least 2 years in oncology -
• Minimum of 2 years clinical research experience
