Reservation Agent

As a Reservation Agent at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, you play a key role in delivering seamless luxury hospitality experiences. You will be responsible for handling guest reservation inquiries efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all reservations are promptly attended to. If you’re looking to develop your skills and be part of the future of luxury, this is your moment.   

Primary responsible includes: 

• Passion in handling all guest reservation inquiries promptly and efficiently  
• Act with heart in providing service that aligns with the standards 
• Make the Moment for our guest journey and talent journey 
• Have thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and published rates
• Maintain accurate filing and tracking systems for reservations 
• Perform various administrative duties

What you bring: 

• Relevant qualification or experience in reservations, front office, or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills  
• Having organizational and time management skills. 
• Detail-oriented and having experience with basic computer applications 
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor. 
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest concerns effectively. 
• A team player 
• Indonesian citizen only
