Deine Aufgaben

  • Unsere Gäste bei ihrer Reservation auf höchstem Niveau zu beraten und betreuen
  • Reibungslosen Arbeitsablauf in der Reservation gewährleisten
  • Unterstützung deines Vorgesetzten in sämtlichen Verkaufs- und Reservationsangelegenheiten

Qualifikationen

  • Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion oder kaufmännische Erfahrung im Backoffice
  • Stilsichere Kommunikation in Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Verkauf und an der individuellen Gästebetreuung
  • Erfahrung mit Hotelsoftware Protel und Reservationssystemen von Vorteil
