We are seeking applications for the position of Resident Engineer cum Construction Expert in various cities across India.

Missions/Main Duties

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities for Water Metro terminals, jetties, floating pontoons, approach structures, waterfront facilities, and associated civil works.
• Ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, contract conditions, and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures to maintain timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, government authorities, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Review and approve construction methodologies, work programs, and resource deployment plans.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures and standards.
• Review material approvals, test reports, and inspection records.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design and quality requirements.
• Liaise with urban development authorities, marine authorities, utility agencies, and local administrations.
• Support project management in obtaining statutory approvals and clearances.
• Participate in project review meetings and provide technical recommendations.

Profile/Skills

• Minimum 12 years of overall professional experience in civil engineering, construction supervision, or project management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Port, Harbor, Dock, Inland Water Transport (IWT), Water Metro, Marine Infrastructure, Riverfront Development, Jetty, Terminal, or Waterfront Construction Projects.
• Maximum 50 years of age as on the date of submission of tender/proposal.
