Resin Transfer Material Handler|Connersville, IN|Hiring Now

Compensation Includes:

• Starting pay of $23.50 (per hour)

Available Shift: 

• 3pm-11pm (Monday-Friday)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the inspection of empty railcars for suitability prior to loading.
• Responsible for the loading of railcars per assigned schedule
• Responsible for the collection of retainer samples as needed.
• Responsible for the completion of paperwork and forwarding to Rail Scheduler/Planner
• Responsible for ensuring railcar loading system is operational.
• Responsible for the submission of work repair requests, as needed.
• Participate and support, for every employee, a safe work environment by following all facility safety and compliance policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum of 6 months-4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of Safety procedures
• Critical decision-making ability.  
• Flexibility and adaptability and the ability to focus and pay attention to detail.
