Join Publisher Services & Works Administration as a Resolutions Officer! 


Have you ever been curious about music publishing and the world of copyright disputes?

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join the Publisher Services & Works Administration department. We’re responsible for frontline service delivery to APRA and AMCOS publisher members, including managing account queries, managing repertoire, and ensuring accurate and timely royalty distributions. The Resolutions team specifically is all about resolving counterclaims and work disputes. 


The role can be based in our Sydney or Melbourne office.


As a Resolutions Officer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing work and agreement records to determine ownership and amend share ownership details
  • Reviewing reports and systems near key distribution dates and resolving high-earning works in dispute
  • Managing resolutions cases through both incoming queries and outgoing requests
  • Processing adjustments to correct previous APRA payments to publishers
  • Participating in training and performing alternate tasks as required
