About this role

Bedrijfsomschrijving

Voor een van haar dochterondernemingen, gespecialiseerd in maatwerk interieurprojecten voor particuliere woningeigenaars, projectontwikkelaars, bouwbedrijven en architecten, is BESIX op zoek naar een Retail Coordinator voor de dagelijkse opvolging van onze 4 winkels in België en Frankrijk.

Vacatureomschrijving

De rol voorziet een regelmatig aanwezigheid op de winkelvloer, salescoaching van de teams en nauwgezette opvolging van de verkoopcijfers.

Je rapporteert aan de COO en bent de operationele schakel tussen het hoofdkantoor en de winkels.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Regelmatig de winkels bezoeken voor continue opvolging op de vloer
  • Verkoopteams coachen op verkooptechnieken, klantonthaal en het behalen van individuele doelstellingen
  • Dagelijks de KPI's per winkel opvolgen (omzet, conversieratio, gemiddeld mandje) en afwijkingen signaleren
  • Correctieve actieplannen opstellen samen met de winkelverantwoordelijken bij onderprestatie
  • Toezien op de toepassing van de merkstandaarden: merchandising, winkelpresentatie, klantbeleving
  • Regelmatige overlegmomenten organiseren met elk winkelteam (briefings, debriefings)
  • De onboarding en opleiding begeleiden van nieuwe retailmedewerkers
  • Behoeften van de winkels doorgeven aan het hoofdkantoor (product, voorraad, operations)
  • Rapporteren aan de COO over prestaties en ondernomen acties, met cijfermateriaal

Functie-eisen

  • 5+ jaar ervaring in retailverkoop, bij voorkeur als winkelverantwoordelijke of area/regional manager
  • Bewezen ervaring in het coachen en aansturen van verkoopteams in de winkel
  • Goed cijferinzicht en het vermogen om hier concrete acties uit af te leiden
  • Terreingerichtheid: beschikbaar voor regelmatige verplaatsingen tussen de 4 winkels
  • Ervaring in design, interieur of premium-/luxesegmenten is een troef
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Oog voor detail, nauwkeurigheid en zelfstandigheid
