About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Revenue & Billing Operations Manager to manage subscription billing, revenue operations, invoicing, and deal validation processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and Finance teams to ensure accurate billing, smooth customer onboarding, and reliable revenue reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end subscription billing operations, including invoicing, renewals, amendments, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and credits.
- Generate and maintain accurate customer invoices and ensure timely payment processing.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with internal teams for collections and account reconciliation.
- Review and validate customer contracts, pricing, discounts, billing schedules, and subscription details before activation.
- Configure customer subscriptions accurately to ensure seamless onboarding and billing.
- Prepare monthly revenue reports and perform reconciliation of invoices, payments, credits, and adjustments.
- Maintain accurate revenue and billing data across CRM and billing platforms.
- Respond to customer billing-related queries professionally and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Finance, and Operations teams to support renewals, account changes, and revenue processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve billing workflows, operational efficiency, and process documentation.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Billing Operations, Finance Operations, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk within a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and recurring revenue.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Experience working with billing or subscription management platforms (Chargebee, Stripe Billing, Zuora, or similar) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good understanding of invoicing, accounts receivable, revenue reconciliation, and billing processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

- Experience supporting SaaS or subscription-based products.
- Exposure to recurring revenue reporting and financial reconciliation.
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
