Overview
TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a highly skilled RF Engineer III to lead advanced RF design and optimization initiatives across complex wireless network deployments. In this role, you will serve as a technical leader responsible for ensuring optimal network performance, capacity planning, and spectrum utilization.

Responsibilities
- Lead RF design, capacity planning, and performance optimization for wireless networks.
- Conduct advanced propagation modeling and interference analysis.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve coverage, throughput, and network reliability.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of network performance issues.
- Evaluate new technologies such as Massive MIMO, beamforming, and advanced antenna systems.
- Collaborate with RAN engineering, transport, and field deployment teams.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior RF engineers.
- Support spectrum planning and advanced network performance analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
- 5–8 years of RF engineering experience
- Strong experience with RF design, propagation modeling, and network optimization
- Experience with LTE and 5G NR performance engineering
- Advanced proficiency with RF planning tools and drive test analysis tools
